Fish
pkg. frozen fish fillets( 1 lb./454g)
1 tablespoon butter
4 carrots sliced
2 stalks celery sliced
2 onions sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dill
Microwave fish at Defrost or Medium-Low for 2 to 3 min. or just until it can be cut into 4 portions; arrange in centre of plate. Arrange celery, carrots,and onions around fish; dot with butter.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at High for 10 to 12 min. or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork, rotating dish twice. Serve garnished with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
